Wallaces Timber Products was established in April 2020 at the beginning of lockdown. At the age of 21, Cameron decided that he would like a career change after a lifetime in agriculture. With a workshop at home and lockdown in place, Cameron had plenty of time to focus on creating a product range. It started with flower planters, and as the year progressed, he ventured into picnic benches, which took off quickly.
Now, with the picnic benches gaining popularity and a loyal customer base developing, Cameron saw the opportunity to build a successful small business. Lots of hard work allowed Cameron to invest in the infrastructure to build an efficient workshop, enabling the addition of more products to the range. This later evolved into the garden shed range, which is where his true passion lies.
In early 2025, reflecting the broadened product range and his passion for creating durable, high-quality structures, Cameron decided to rebrand the business to Wallace Garden Buildings. Located on the family farm just outside Wellington, Somerset, Wallace Garden Buildings continues to pride itself on crafting well-made products that will last for years. Cameron's hands-on approach ensures a high standard of craftsmanship and service, maintaining the business's commitment to quality.
