Delivery and Installation: What to Expect with a Bespoke Shed

Once you have decided on the size and style of your shed we would like you to understand the process which follows. Our goal is to make the whole process from order to delivery/installation as simple and easy for you as we can.

Before We Build Your Shed

First off all, we’ll ask you to send us a few photos of the access to your garden and the space where the shed will be installed. This allows us to assess access properly and provide a quote, with no surprises later on.

Once everything has been agreed and your deposit has been paid, we move onto production of your shed.

Built in the Workshop First

We pre-arrect every shed before it leaves our workshop. This is an important part of the process to us, as it allows all panels to be checked and that they fit together while also giving us the opportunity to check that all components are ready and finished to our standards.

Doing this allows us to be sure when we come to install your shed there are no unnecessary problems and delays on install day.

Delivery and Installation Day

Once your shed is complete, we will get in touch with you to arrange a delivery and installation date that works for everyone. We usually aim to arrive first thing in the morning and will do our best to install on a dry day to ensure the best possible finish.

Our team will handle the full installation, taking care to position the shed exactly where you would like it and leaving everything neat and tidy.

Final Checks and Payment

After we finish installing your shed, we’ll walk through the shed with you to make sure you’re completely happy with the final result. Once you are happy, we then ask for the final payment.

From beginning to end, our goal is to provide a straightforward, professional service while building a bespoke shed you can enjoy for years to come.
